Here is a set of sample bookings I looked up on kayak.com that would cover airfare from the US to Vienna to Tallinn and back. Add this to the outrageously low cost of accommodations in Czech and Estonia and you have the makings of an incredibly cheap two-week trip to Europe. Something to think about!
